I didnt like anything

Showers not working bed not comfortable this is 2 stars hotel not 4 stars

showers can be glorious. Indoor showers, outdoor showers, showers with 12 showerheads, steam showers, rainfall showers...they're all just wonderful. Except for one thing: so many of them are impossible to operate! Personally, I'm an old-fashioned, one knob for cold water and one for hot and you turn them to adjust the pressure and balance of temperature kind of guy. But so many hotel showers these days have temperature controls, pressure controls, controls to determine which showerhead is operating...I often find myself getting blasted with a rocket

I forget a toothbrush and toothpaste a lot when I travel and it would be such a nice surprise to find a mini travel kit in my hotel room when I arrive. If airlines can do it in amenity kits - and I'm not just talking business and first class ones here, but some airlines offer it in economy

Needs a pest control treatment

Room was dirty and it was not clean at the time of checked in infect i had to request to the manager of the Property for clean up my room but all in vain...…

Very poor, dirty linen, dirty bathroom, I wouldn't give it 1 star. The worst hotel I've stayed in. Dilapidated and nothing like the site suggests.

Everything about the hotel, couldn't get out fast enough

Dirty - the lazy staff pretend to clean the rooms and hallways - have to constantly ask manger to have room thoroughly cleaned. Even the manager was frustrated with the staff.

It need a good clean and to refurbish the place it was very dirty and smelly.Found cockroaches in my room.Will not recommend it to anyone.

The property is not clean and the room, bathroom and bed were substandard. Linen looked liked it had not been washed , off white.

nothing at all, food menue looked like something pickedup from the street, which would put off any foreighn visitor.

We were sent to nearby hotel and itwas more expensive We didn’t get the room we booked at limda so was confusing But the other hotel was very posh and huge room and clean

I have booked online and at the time of check-in they said they did not have a room and they didn't get any bookings. Horrible experience!

Mid leading advertisement of rooms, fully paid and when checking in and reviewing the hotel and our room, it was nothing like what had been paid and booked for. It was like the photos had been taken off a luxurious hotel. When querying this, no help or resolution was given. I am still waiting for a full refund!!! Utterly disgusted. The hotel even admitted to booking.com that the photos were untrue to the room that had been booked, so why have I still been charged???

Worst experience, dirty bed linen.

By far the worst hotel in terms of cleanliness. I had to change my room twice. Room and bed linen were very dirty. The pics in the listing are very misleading. Not sure how this hotel got a rating of even 7.5.I wouldnt recommend this hotel to any family. Please avoid and find something else.

Location is excellent. The room size is quite big. The bathroom is clean and big.

Bed sheet of one of the bed was dirty. The hotel is located on road so honking can disturb your sleep.

In spite of confirmed booking with partial payment, they denied me the room and also denied refund

i am not satisfied with the service provided by the booking.com and oyo customer care and behaviour of hotel receptionist as i suffered a lot while check-in at night. customer care are totally dependent on receptionist of hotel. during check-in time receptionist told me that you have online booking so we will only provide mattress for 3rd person, rather then providing proper room with 3 bed although i have paid for 4 personal-3 adult, 1 child. while tough debate with customer care declined to either refund or providing additional bed, it seems from the talk with other customers at reception having physical booking hotel was flexible.
